14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Lunar Plus gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all attached tags. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges that include a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee.

How to Return

1. Email info@lunarplusco.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.

Exchanges

Need a different color or product? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. Same process — just let us know what you'd like instead.
